Warrenty Policy:
We have 3days replacement warranty in every products. If you find any faults, then we will change it if we find a problem. But you have to inform us in 3days and have to return the product. U have to return the product in 4days after finding the problem. Else you will not get replacement. If any products have much warranty periods, we will mention in the invoice. But please, keep the packet safe. We have to return the product to our suppliers. So please keep the packet safe. Physical damage to any product purchased from GadGet Bee will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, GadGet Bee will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
How will I get warranty?
Ans: If you ordered from website, please return the product to our address(To know the address please contact us on Facebook Massenger). We will judge the product and will send you new one. But you have to carry the currier charge both time.
When will I get the product?
Ans: After receiving the defective product, we will re-check it. If the product is official, it will take 7-30days to send another one. If the product is un-official, you will get the product in 5-20days. If the product runs out of stock, please wait for re-stock.
If I don’t want the product and I want another brand/model, what should I do?
Ans: No, we have no return or exchange option & you won’t get another model/brand. You have to receive the exact same model. We will send another new product to your address.
If I get wrong product or damage or any product is missing?
Ans: If you are in Dhaka Metro Area, please check the product in front of the delivery boy. If any product is missing or any damaged product, please inform us in front of the delivery boy. If the delivery boy is gone and you inform us, then sorry. We will not take any responsibility.If you are outside from Dhaka, then you have to make video unboxing the currier poly. If you don’t make any video and inform us, we are sorry. We won’t take any responsibility.
